In a recent verdict, the Additional District and Sessions Court (FTSC-1) has acquitted Nawaz Ullala, a resident of Sundaribagh in Ullal, who was facing charges of sexually harassing a minor. The court’s decision comes after a thorough examination of the case, including the submission of a charge sheet by the police and a comprehensive evaluation of investigation findings and evidence.
The accused, Nawaz Ullala, had been charged with sexually harassing a young girl, prompting the police to initiate legal proceedings. The charge sheet presented in court detailed the allegations and cited gathered evidence to support the claim.
However, following a meticulous deliberation involving arguments and counterarguments, the court arrived at the conclusion that the accusation against Nawaz Ullala was not substantiated. Consequently, the court ruled in favor of acquitting the accused of the charges brought against him.
Advocate Shafi Baikampady, representing the accused, presented the case before the court during the proceedings.
