Miscreants create fake FB account in name of Karnataka Governor, FIR lodged

Bengaluru: Cyber Crime Police officials are on the lookout for miscreants who allegedly created a fake Facebook profile in the name of the Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot.
A complaint in this regard was filed on Monday by the special secretary to the Karnataka governor who has sought strict legal action against the accused.
Meanwhile the fake Facebook profile has been terminated. Police are also investigating if the miscreants created the fake social media account for fraudulent activities.
