MLA Aravinda Bellada shed light on the issue of fraudulent practices in politics, emphasizing the importance of raising awareness against such deceptive acts.

Speaking to reporters during his participation in the pre- Ganesh Chathurthi celebrations in Idgah Maidan, he said that people like Chaitra Kundapur, who engage in fraudulent activities, can be found in various political parties, stressing that as long as dishonest individuals exist, such incidents are likely to occur.

Bellad said, “She does not belong to the party. Political parties have established procedures for ticket allocation, and beware of those who claim to guarantee tickets outside of these processes.  Stringent action must be taken against Chaitra Kundapur for her alleged fraudulent activities related to ticket promises.”

Additionally, MLA Aravinda Bellada highlighted that no political party actively supports or endorses the actions of individuals like Chaitra Kundapur. He urged aspiring candidates to thoroughly scrutinize the credibility of those offering political opportunities and stressed the need for due diligence before venturing into the political arena.

In a separate observation, MLA Aravinda Bellada commented on former Chief Minister Jagdish Shettar’s shift to Congress, suggesting that Shettar’s continued references to BJP while in Congress indicated an enduring interest in his former party.
