Mangaluru: Compol conducts rowdy parade, issues stern warning

Mangaluru police commissioner Anupam Agrawal conducted a parade of active rowdies at the city’s police parade ground on Thursday, October 12.
A total of 262 active rowdies were presented before the Commissioner of Police during this parade, which aimed to address and deter criminal activities. Commissioner Agrawal took the opportunity to offer guidance and advice to the assembled individuals, urging them to relinquish their criminal pursuits and instead become law-abiding citizens.
Furthermore, a stern warning was issued to these rowdies, emphasizing that appropriate legal measures would be taken against them if they were to continue engaging in criminal activities. The parade was attended by several prominent law enforcement figures, including Mr. Siddhartha Goyal, IPS DCP Law and Order, and Mr. BP Dinesh Kumar, IPS DCP Crime and Traffic.
Additionally, all Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs) within the city and Police Inspectors from relevant Police Stations were present to witness and participate in this parade.
