Beltangady: Class 3 student dies in road mishap

In a tragic incident, a 8-year-old girl died after being hit by a motorcycle at Badanaje near Ujire on Friday October 27.

The deceased Ankita, daughter of Ashoka was a Class 3 student.

The mishap took place when she was crossing the road. It is gathered that the motorcycle rider identified as Vikas was speeding.

A case has been registered against him at Beltangady police station.
