Vipul Organics announces Q2 results for FY 2023-2024

PAT:  Up 98.16% on a QoQ basis Up 142.83% on YoY basis

Vipul Organics Limited, the BSE listed (VIPULORG / 530627) leading Specialty Chemicals company in the pigments and dyes segment, announced their Quarter 2 results for FY 2023-24.

 Some of the key highlights on Standalone basis are:

  • Total Revenues in Q2 of 2023-24 stood at Rs. 3,660.19 Lakh, marginally up (1%) from Q1 of 2023-24
  • PBT for Q2 of 2023-24 stood at Rs. 107.09 Lakh, up 52.81% from Q1 of 2023-24
  • PAT for Q2 of 2023-24 stood at Rs. 99.1 Lakh, up 98.16 % from Q1 of 2023-24

 Commenting on the results, Mr. Vipul Shah, Managing Director, Vipul Organics Limited, said: “We are witnessing an uptick in demand in our conventional sectors which, we are confident, will translate into revenues in the next few quarters. Our diversification into newer categories has seen a positive response from the industry and we see these initiatives making significant contribution to our topline in the coming years. We have been taking steps to bring about cost rationalisation and this has impacted our bottom-line positively”.
