Mangaluru: Duo selling ganja disguised in food delivery bag arrested

Kadri police station has apprehended two individuals selling ganja from a food delivery bag on the roadside of Upper Bendur.
The arrested individuals are identified as Mohammad Jaseem K A (20) from Thrissur district, Kerala, and Al Aneesh (21) from Kollam district. The duo resided in a rented house behind 1st Cross Mohunbaug, Upper Bendur, and had devised a plan to profit from selling ganja to students traveling on the road.
During the arrest, the police seized 1.38 kg of ganja, a digital weight scale, a scooter, and two mobile phones from the suspects. A sum of Rs 40,000, believed to be proceeds from their illicit activities, was also confiscated.
