Mangaluru: Notorious vehicle thief arrested by Konaje police

In a significant breakthrough, the Konaje police have apprehended Hussain Zaheed (24), a notorious individual involved in vehicle thefts.

The arrest, made at Ulla, resulted in the recovery of stolen property, including 1 Honda Deo scooter, 1 Honda Activa, and 1 Suzuki Access scooter, along with a Rs 68,000 cash.

The accused was wanted in connection to the theft of Aisamma’s Honda Deo on November 22 at Tilaknagar in Amblimogaru village and Ghulam Hussain’s Honda Activa near the Green Ground in Deralkatte on November 16.

The successful operation was carried out by PSI Ashoka and the Konaje police team, under the guidance of Commissioner of Police Anupam Agrawal.
