Mangaluru: Wild bison spotted again, now at Neermarga

Mangaluru: A wild bison (Gaur) was sighted at Rangapade Near Neermarga on the outskirts of the city on Monday late at night, locals said.

Locals claimed the wild animal was standing in the middle of the road near Rangpade Cross at around midnight. Later, ran off into the bushes in the nearby hilly area.

About 2 days ago a bison was spotted in the Kadri Kaibattal and Kadri Jogi Matha areas, creating panic among the public. Whether the bison spotted at Neermarga is the same or not, is still unknown.
