Passengers wait for hours at airport after Mangaluru-Bengaluru Air India flight on Saturday

Mangaluru: An Air India flight from Mangaluru to Bengaluru was canceled on Saturday. Sources said the flight which was to depart at 8.15 PM was cancelled and the passengers had to wait at the Mangaluru airport.

Disgruntled passengers stormed to the airline’s office following the delay and cancellation and demanded alternative arrangements.

An alternative flight was arranged at around 2.30 AM on Sunday, sources said.

The airline is yet to release an official statement in this regard.
