B’luru-based techie commits suicide in Madikeri lodge

Madikeri: An employee working for a Bengaluru-based software firm allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at a lodge in Madikeri.

The deceased, identified as Sandesh (35), had arrived at the lodge on Kohinoor Road two days ago. He had paid the room rent in advance and had stated that he would vacate the room on Tuesday.

However, he was found hanging dead in the bathroom on Tuesday. It is gathered that a death note was found at the scene.

The exact reason for the suicide is not yet known. Madikeri town police registered a case.
