Shivamogga: BJP leader KS Eshwarappa has urged the state government to declare a holiday on January 22 for the Ram temple consecration ceremony in Ayodhya.
“I request the government to declare a holiday on January 22 so that Kannadigas can watch the Ram temple consecration ceremony from the comfort of their homes,” he said.
Speaking to reporters regarding the war of words between Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and BJP’s Anant Kumar Hegde, Eshwarappa said that he hopes both the leaders not to make any comments for the next 4-5 days.
