KUWJ awards announced: Three from Udayavani to be felicitated

The Karnataka Union of Working Journalists (KUWJ) has announced annual awards for the year 2022-23 in various categories.

KUWJ president Shivananda Tagaduru said that the awards will be presented at the 38th State-level Journalists’ convention to be held in Davangere on Feb 3 and 4.

Three persons from Udayavani have been selected for the KUWJ Award. They include Udayavani Manipal Edition Editor Aravinda Navada, Bengaluru Correspondent Trupti Kumbragodu and Lingasugur Correspondent Shivraj Kembhavi.

Aravinda Navada will be felicitated with the KWJ Special Award while Trupti Kumbragodu and Shivraj Kembavi have been selected in the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Memorial Award and Abhimani Prakashana Award categories respectively.
