Mangaluru: Bajrang Dal leader Puneeth Attavar lashed out at the state government, alleging that it intends to suppress the Bajrang Dal through “forced externement”.

Addressing the audience in Mangaluru, Puneeth Attavar stated, “Bharath Kumudel, the Bajrang Dal Puttur coordinator, has dedicated years to safeguarding religion, protecting cows, supporting mothers, and fighting against drugs. Due to political animosity, the Congress government has conspired to obstruct his involvement in any activities during the elections and has issued an externment notice to Bharath Kumudel.

“We strongly denounce this anti-Hindu policy of the state government. The Congress government, which previously falsely pledged to ban Bajrang Dal to secure minority votes in the last assembly elections, is following the same agenda this time by targeting Hindu organization activists to appease minorities,” he said.

He further said that if the Congress government believes that they can punish Bajrang Dal workers by exiling them, they are mistaken. “Bajrang Dal workers are not intimidated by your divisive politics. They are steadfast in their commitment to religion and the nation. Therefore, this externment notice must be revoked,” he demanded.
