Vitla: 7 workers injured in mishap at under-construction bridge

Vitla: At least 7 workers working at an under-construction bridge were injured when a portion of support holding the steel rebars collapsed.
The mishap occurred while concrete was being poured on Monday.
One worker got trapped in the debris, whereas six others sustained injuries. The injured were taken to Puutu Government Hospital for medical treatment.
The trapped worker was freed by rescuers and taken to hospital when reports last came in.
