With the support of various stakeholders, including parents, the Cricket Association for the Blind in India, and the Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, this sport has transcended boundaries, fostering inclusivity within society.

The Indian Men’s Cricket Team’s remarkable achievements stand as a testament to the sport’s prowess, securing five World Cup titles – three T20 World Cups and two ODI World Cups – in the past 14 years. Alongside these triumphs, numerous other tournaments have further solidified India’s dominance in blind cricket.

Despite being in its infancy, Women’s Cricket for the Blind has made significant strides in the past five years, captivating audiences with its mesmerizing transformation. The Indian Women’s Cricket Team for the Blind clinched the Gold at the IBSA World Games 2023, marking a historic milestone in the journey of Cricket for the Blind in India.
