Kaup: Pickup rams into parked truck; driver injured

Kaup: The driver of a pick-up vehicle sustained serious injuries after he rammed the vehicle into a truck parked by the roadside here at Koppalangadi on Saturday evening.

Lathesh, the driver of the pickup vehicle, proceeding towards Udupi from Mangaluru, lost control and rammed into the truck. The front portion of the pick-up vehicle was damaged due to the impact of the collision.

A seriously injured Lathesh was rushed to a private hospital in Udupi by locals

Kapu police personnel visited the spot and registered a case.
