Mangaluru: The BJP Yuva Morcha held a protest at PVS Circle on Saturday, demanding the resignation of Youth Empowerment, Sports, and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Minister B. Nagendra in connection with the suicide of an official from the Valmiki Development Corporation and a money transfer case.

The Yuva Morcha activists blocked the road and insisted that the Chief Minister should immediately obtain Minister Nagendra’s resignation and expel him from the cabinet. They also raised slogans against the state government during the protest.

The roadblock caused traffic congestion near PVS Circle for some time. Traffic division police facilitated vehicle movement through alternative routes.
