PTI, Jun 4, 2024, 3:35 PM IST

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is making a decisive lead in all seven Lok Sabha constituencies in Delhi, according to the latest trends on the Election Commission (EC) website. Three party candidates are leading by over a lakh votes.
Praveen Khandelwal initially lagged behind Congress’ Jai Prakash Agarwal in Chandni Chowk but has surged ahead with a 30,171 vote lead, EC data indicates. North-East Delhi candidate Manoj Tiwari, contesting against Congress’ Kanhaiya Kumar, boasts a significant margin of 1,37,305 votes.
In West Delhi, Kamaljeet Sehrawat leads AAP’s Mahabal Mishra by 1,23,119 votes, while Yogender Chandoliya is ahead by 1,56,056 votes against Congress’ Udit Raj in North-West Delhi. East Delhi sees AAP’s Kuldeep Kumar trailing BJP’s Harsh Malhotra by 34,189 votes. South Delhi’s BJP candidate Ramvir Singh Bidhuri is leading AAP’s Sahi Ram Pahalwan by 90,375 votes. New Delhi BJP candidate Bansuri Swaraj, daughter of late veteran leader Sushma Swaraj, leads by 47,700 votes.
The BJP, in a direct contest with the Congress-AAP alliance in the national capital, aims to replicate its success from the 2014 and 2019 general elections, where it secured all seven seats.
