Udupi: Timely action by school bus driver saves children after heart attack

Udupi: A school bus driver in Perampalli suffered a minor heart attack while driving at Perampalli on Wednesday evening but managed to ensure the safety of the children on board through his timely action.
Alwyn, the driver of the school bus coming from Perampalli School towards Manipal, experienced a minor heart attack.
The assistant staff on the bus immediately arranged for another vehicle and rushed him to a private hospital in Manipal, where he is receiving treatment.
Some students sustained minor injuries in the incident but were otherwise safe.
