Kota Srinivas Poojary meets Nitin Gadkari, appeals for expediting highway projects

New Delhi: Udupi-Chikkamagaluru’s newly elected Member of Parliament, Kota Srinivas Poojary, met with Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, in Delhi to address urgent issues related to national highways in Udupi district.
Poojary highlighted the issues including the dealys in Santhekatte Kallianpur underpass, Indrali flyover and land acquisition delays in Malpe. Additionally, the issues with the national highway stretch from Tanikodu Gate to the SK Border were also discussed.
Minister Gadkari, upon receiving the request, issued orders to the concerned officials to expedite the pending works without further delay. He assured MP Kota Srinivas Poojary that all projects would be completed and inaugurated by December.
Present at the meeting were Union Minister V. Somanna, MP BY Raghavendra, Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar, and others.
