Udupi: Cricketer Suryakumar Yadav visits Kaup Sri Hosa Marigudi Temple

Kaup: Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav, along with his wife Devisha Shetty, visited the Sri Hosa Marigudi Temple in Kaup on Tuesday.
After offering prayers to Goddess Mariamma at Hosa Marigudi, the couple inspected the ongoing construction of the newly built stone temple. During the visit, they also donated gold for the golden throne and the stone pillars of the Mukha Mantapa.
The temple’s chief priest, Vidwan K. P. Kumaraguru Tantri, and the head priest, V. M. Srinivas Tantri Kalya, along with the Development Committee President, K. Vasudev Shetty, honored the couple by presenting them with the goddess’s prasad.
Kaup MLA and Temple’s Development Committee Executive President Gurme Suresh Shetty, Honorary Presidents Ravi Sundar Shetty and Anil Ballal Kaup Beedu, General Secretary Ramesh Hegde Kalya, Administrative Officer Ravikiran, Financial Committee General Convener Uday Sundar Shetty, former President of the Management Committee Ratnakar Shetty Nadikere, Development Committee Vice Presidents Manohar S. Shetty and Madhav R. Palan, along with officials of various committees, prominent members, and devotees were present.
