PTI, Jul 14, 2024, 6:12 PM IST
The BJP on Sunday intensified its attack against the ruling CPI(M) over allegations of bribes paid for appointments to the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) and lodged a complaint with the state police chief demanding a “thorough investigation”.
The saffron party accused the Left leadership of trying to downplay the fraud as its internal problem and alleged that there were “big forces” behind the scam.
In a complaint submitted to DGP Sheikh Darvesh Saheb, BJP state chief K Surendran alleged that appointments in the PSC were being made by the ruling party after taking bribes. He said is a serious matter that must be investigated.
