Bengaluru: Miscreants attacked a cab on Sunday evening near Shettihalli in Jalahalli, Malleshwara Main Road, after water splashed onto an auto-rickshaw from the cab.
The cab, driven by Mallikarjun from Yadgir, was damaged in the incident.
Fearing retaliation, Mallikarjun hesitated to file a complaint with the police. However, concerned citizens recorded the incident and tagged the city police on social media platform X, urging them to take appropriate action.
Incident Details:
Mallikarjun, who drives his car for Ola and Uber, was heading home after work on Sunday evening. While passing by the Ayyappa Temple in Jalahalli, water from the road splashed onto an auto-rickshaw. This led to an altercation with the auto driver and his friend, who stopped the cab and confronted Mallikarjun.
