Yadgir: Former MLA Dr. Veer Basavant Reddy Mudnal passes away

Yadgir: Former MLA and senior physician Dr. Veer Basavant Reddy Mudnal (76) passed away on Monday due to illness.
Dr. Veer Basavant Reddy Mudnal, who had been suffering from a severe illness for the past six months, breathed his last this afternoon at VBR Hospital in Yadgir city.
He was elected as an independent candidate from Yadgir in 2004. In 2010, Dr. Veer Basavant Reddy Mudnal served as the district president of the BJP.
Dr. Veer Baswant Reddy Mudnal played a significant role in the formation of Yadgir district. His demise has caused immense sorrow among the people of Yadgir.
A senior leader of the BJP, Dr. Veer Basavant Reddy Mudnal was actively involved in politics within the party. He is survived by his wife, former MLA Venkata Reddy Mudnal, and four brothers.
According to sources close to his family, the funeral rites will be conducted on Tuesday at 3 PM in his native village Mudnal.
