Manglauru: A court has dismissed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) case against Forest Officer Raghav Patali, his wife and daughter.

In 2016, the ED raided Raghav Patali’s residence in Belthangady and filed a case against him and his family. The court, however, found the ED failed to prove the charges, ordering the release of the accused and returning the seized cash and properties to them.

Representing the accused were advocates Shankar P. Hegde from Bengaluru and Jalajakshi M. M. from Mangaluru.
