Nelmangala: Public anger turned physical when two scooters used for dangerous stunts on the Tumkur-Bengaluru National Highway were seized and thrown off a flyover by enraged commuters and bystanders. This incident came to light after a video of it went viral on social media.

On August 15, four miscreants were seen performing wheelies on two scooters with fake number plates on the national highway near Adakamaranahalli flyover. When some commuters confronted them, the miscreants abandoned their vehicles and fled the scene.

To teach a lesson to the troublemakers, the commuters and bystanders decided to throw the scooters off the flyover to serve as a warning to others engaging in similar reckless behaviour.

Nelamangala Traffic Police have taken possession of the scooters and have launched an investigation.
