Congress protest in Mangaluru turns violent after permission granted for prosecution of CM Siddaramaiah

A protest organized by the Congress party in Mangaluru on Monday (August 19) against the permission granted for the prosecution of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah turned violent.
During the protest, stones were thrown at a private bus. The incident occurred near Lal Bagh Junction in Mangaluru.
After the protest march and concluding meeting, party workers took to the streets and threw stones at a passing private city bus. As a result, the front glass of the bus was completely shattered.
