Kota: The Udupi District BJP Yuva Morcha has strongly condemned the gang rape of a Hindu woman by four youths from a different community within the Karkala City Police Station limits.
The victim was allegedly drugged and then raped by the accused. The organization has expressed suspicion that this horrific act may also be part of a larger “Love Jihad” conspiracy.
Yuva Morcha President Prathviraj Shetty Billadi stated that such incidents not only challenge the law and order situation in the district but also raise serious concerns about the support structures aiding and abetting systematic “Love Jihad” conspiracies. He emphasized the need for a thorough investigation by the police to identify and take action against those involved, including any communal forces supporting the accused.
Shetty also criticized the current Congress administration, suggesting that the repeated occurrence of such incidents is due to the government’s appeasement of certain communities. He warned that if the authorities fail to take this case seriously and do not crack down on the alleged “Love Jihad” and drug networks, the Yuva Morcha will launch district-wide protests.
The Yuva Morcha has demanded stringent punishment for the accused and called for a comprehensive investigation into the alleged communal forces backing them.
