Udupi: Elderly man killed in road mishap

A 76-year-old pedestrian was killed after being hit by a lorry near the bus stand here on Wednesday.
The deceased identified as Sripathi was standing to cross the road when a lorry hit him.
He was seriously injured in the chest and head and was admitted to a private hospital in Brahmavar and later shifted to Manipal Hospital.
A case has been registered in Brahmavar police station.
