Puttur: Woman files complaint alleging sexual assault by political leader

Puttur: A case has been registered in the Women’s Police Station against a political leader from Puttur for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman.
According to the FIR, the alleged incident took place at a hotel in Bengaluru. The political leader allegedly took advantage of the woman’s trust. He invited her to a lodge in Bengaluru, where he reportedly sexually assaulted her and then proceeded to blackmail and threaten her.
The complainant stated that the leader used her trust to manipulate and threaten her, claiming to possess photographs, selfies, audio recordings, and videos that could tarnish her reputation in society.
