A truck collided with a bulldozer being used for road leveling, causing a major traffic jam today (September 4) morning in Panemangalore.

Reportedly a goods-laden truck coming from B.C. Road collided with a bulldozer belonging to KNR Constructions near the Panemangalore Bridge. The impact was so severe that the truck’s steering wheel broke, leading the vehicle to lose control and ram into a temporary divider placed on the roadside for ongoing roadwork.

The accident happened around 7:00 AM, resulting in a traffic jam on the national highway for nearly two hours. Fortunately, the truck driver escaped without injury.

School children and commuters were stranded on buses as a result of the jam.
