Three killed, another critical in bike-lorry collision on Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway Service Road

A tragic accident on the Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway service road claimed the lives of three individuals early on Friday, September 6 near Mayaganahalli in Ramanagara Taluk.

The accident occurred when a bike collided with a lorry, resulting in the deaths of Gurumurthy (39), Sheikh Hafeez (45), and Venkatesh (50), all of whom were construction workers. Another person, Hanumanth, sustained serious injuries and is currently receiving treatment at the district hospital.

The four individuals were traveling on a single bike from Ramanagara towards Bidadi for construction work when they collided with a lorry. Three of them died on the spot, while one sustained critical injuries.

Police visited the scene and conducted an inspection. A case has been registered at the Ramanagara Traffic Police Station.
