Actor Darshan, currently imprisoned in the Ballari Central Jail, reportedly expressed his regret and frustration to his brother Dinakar Thoogudeepa during a recent visit.

Darshan reportedly told his brother, “I didn’t realize things would escalate to this extent. What’s the use of being a star now?” This statement reflects his remorse over the current circumstances.

Recently, Darshan’s wife Vijayalakshmi, brother Dinakar, and relative Sushanth Naidu visited him in jail. Darshan discussed the details of the charge sheet and bail plea with his brother, seeking information on the case. Vijayalakshmi, after hearing her husband’s regretful words, is said to have reassured him, expressing hope that he will soon be granted bail.

Television yet to be provided

Darshan, who has been dealing with loneliness in jail, had requested a television for some form of engagement. However, his request is yet to be fulfilled. The previous TV, which had broken down, was sent for repair, but it has not been returned yet.
