Mangaluru: Student falls from bus footboard, escapes unhurt

Mangaluru: A student traveling from Talapady to Mangaluru on a city bus fell off the footboard after the driver suddenly applied brakes near Tokkottu flyover. Fortunately, the student escaped unhurt.
The incident occurred around 8:25 AM on Wednesday. A case has been registered at the Mangaluru South Traffic Police Station against the bus driver, Mohammad Fayaz, and the conductor, Manish alias Karthik.
The bus was overcrowded, and passengers, including students, were dangerously hanging onto the footboard.
A video of the incident was recorded, based on which the case has been filed.
