Katapadi: One injured in road mishap

Katapadi: One person was seriously injured after a vehicle lost control, climbed onto a divider and eventually crashed into an electric pole in Udyavara on Thursday, September 19 morning.
Reportedly, the vehicle traveling from Bagalkot to Mangaluru crashed at around 4:30 AM in front of the Kia showroom on National Highway 66 in Udyavara. The injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
The impact of the accident has caused power disruption in the area.
Kapu police arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation.
