Sri Rama Sena State President Gangadhar Kulkarni has announced that the organization will provide armed protection for Hindu religious events and processions across Karnataka.

He revealed that 50 sword-wielding members of the Sri Rama Sena will safeguard these events to ensure security.

Kulkarni voiced concerns over the growing influence of “jihadi forces” in the state, claiming that the situation has worsened to the point where petrol bombs are being hurled at Ganapati processions.

He held the Congress-led state government directly responsible for this rise in violence, accusing the administration of standing alongside these elements.

He further demanded the immediate resignation of the state’s Home Minister, criticizing the government’s inability to control radical elements and protect the Hindu community.

On the issue of the Tirupati Laddu Prasadam controversy, Kulkarni called it a major betrayal to Hindus, stating that the use of animal products in the sacred offering was a grave offense. He insisted on a thorough investigation into the matter.

Additionally, Kulkarni mentioned that various Hindu organizations are considering staging a protest outside the residence of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to demand accountability and action regarding the Tirupati incident.
