Kanakapura: Over 20 injured after bus overturns

More than 20 people were injured on Sunday, October 20 after a bus carrying passengers to a wedding ceremony overturned.

The injured have been admitted to Kanakapura IPP Hospital for treatment, and some have been shifted to Bengaluru for further medical care.

The wedding ceremony of a couple from Thagadagoudanadoddi village was scheduled to take place near Sangama in Madiwala. Two private buses were transporting guests to the event when one of the buses lost control near the second curve at Sangama and overturned near Karachalu Dibba.
