Mangaluru: Several incidents of helmet theft have been reported in the city, with one such act caught on CCTV.

In footage captured near a commercial building, a thief can be seen stealing a new helmet from a parked bike.

Interestingly, the thief left his old helmet on the bike before making off with the new one. He then fled the scene on a scooter.

There are suspicions that the same individual may be involved in multiple helmet thefts in different parts of the city. Police are investigating the incidents.
