Bengaluru: Young woman harassed in BTM layout by cyclist, shares experience on social media

Bengaluru: In an unsettling incident in BTM Layout, a young woman from North India was harassed by a cyclist while on her way home after work.
The woman, identified as Neha Biswal, who works at a private company and resides in BTM Layout. She was recording a selfie video on the main road around 8 pm on Tuesday when a cyclist approached her, touched her inappropriately, and fled the scene.
Distressed by the incident, Neha posted a video on Instagram questioning the safety of women in Bengaluru. Responding to her video, local police advised her to file a formal complaint at the nearest station.
The incident has sparked discussions on social media about women’s safety in the city, as residents and officials alike express concern and support for improved security measures.
