Young woman harassed in B’luru, shares experience on social media

In a disturbing incident at BTM Layout, a young woman originally from North India was harassed by a cyclist while on her way home. Neha Biswal, who works for a private company and resides in BTM Layout, was walking along the main road at around 8 PM on Tuesday, capturing a selfie video.
Suddenly, a man on a bicycle approached her, inappropriately touched her, and fled the scene.
Shaken and frustrated by the incident, Neha questioned the safety of women in the city in a video she posted on Instagram, asking, “Is there no safety for women in Bengaluru?”In response, the police advised her to file a formal complaint at the nearest police station to assist with the investigation.
