Vertex Workspace Wins ‘Best Innovative Enterprise Award 2024’ at MSME and Startup Conclave

Bengaluru: The prestigious ‘Best Innovative Enterprise Award 2024’ was presented to Vertex Workspace during the recently held MSME and Startup Conclave in Bengaluru, organized by the Global Chamber for Saraswat Entrepreneurs and MAHE Bengaluru.

Located on Ballalbagh Road, M G Road in Mangaluru, Vertex Workspace was recognized for its commitment to innovation, leadership, dedication, and excellence. The award was received by the Company’s Managing partners Gurudatt Shenoy, Mahesh Shetty, and Mangladeep from G G Shenoy, managing director of Iretex Premier India Pvt Ltd.

Previously, the Karnataka government announced the extension of the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission to include Smart City Mangaluru, encouraging corporate and IT firms to expand their presence in the city post-COVID. Anticipating this demand, Mukund MGM Realty introduced the Vertex Workspace concept, the first-of-its-kind in Mangaluru, providing state-of-the-art facilities for corporate and IT companies.

With amenities like a common reception desk, conference rooms, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, ample car parking, pantry, and cafeteria, Vertex Workspace fulfils the growing demand for functional corporate spaces. Over the past three years, 27 corporate firms have established operations here, generating over 1,800 job opportunities in Mangaluru.

To meet increasing demand and create more employment opportunities, Vertex Workspace is launching its third project, the Ashoka Business Center, at Bejai-Kapikad. The new facility will feature advanced amenities, including conference rooms, banquet halls, auditoriums, recreation areas, gaming zones, secure access control, help desks with visitor lobbies, three levels of spacious car parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cafeterias.
