A hotel staffer was found dead near Lakshmindra Nagar on Ananta Kalyana Marg on Friday, December 6 morning.
The deceased identified as Sridhar, a resident of Kasarkod, Honnavar was fatally stabbed with a beer bottle. The crime came to light on Friday morning when locals discovered the body during their morning walk.
Preliminary investigations suggest the incident took place on Thursday night.
Senior officials, including SP Dr. Arun Kumar, and other police personnel visited the scene for inspection. Police are gathering further details as part of their ongoing investigation.
