Dakshina Kannada DC Mullai Muhilan wins hearts with song praising Tulu Nadu

Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan M.P. has captured the hearts of the coastal people by singing a song that reflects the Tulu Nadu region’s culture.
The performance took place during the Sneha Sauharda Sammilana organized by Dakshina Kannada Police and Mangaluru Commissionerate on Thursday evening. Held at the Commissioner’s office auditorium, the event saw the DC’s song going viral and receiving widespread appreciation.
Originally from Tamil Nadu, Mullai Muhilan has been serving in Mangaluru for some time. His understanding and respect for Tulu customs and traditions have endeared him to the people. His rendition of a song representing Tulunadu’s cultural essence has further strengthened his connection with the locals.
During the last Lok Sabha elections, the DC had conducted voter awareness campaigns in Tulu. His latest effort to celebrate the culture of Tulunadu through a song has once again highlighted his admiration for the region, earning him praise from coastal communities.
