DCM’s Special Officer’s name and letterhead misused; case filed

Bengaluru: A case has been registered at the Vidhana Soudha police station alleging the misuse of Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar’s Special Officer’s name and official letterhead for illegal land transactions.
Based on a complaint filed by the Deputy Chief Minister’s Special Duty Officer, S. Shivashankar, the police have registered an FIR against an unidentified individual.
An investigation is underway, officials said.
