Kasaragod: Masked man attacks student, case filed

A 14-year-old schoolboy named Shaiban from Mogral Puttur, was injured after being attacked by a masked individual.

The incident took place while the boy was on his way to school. A complaint has been lodged with the police and an investigation has been initiated into the matter.

Missing Woman Case in Kumble

A 19-year-old woman named Nasreen, daughter of Moideen from Uluvaru, has been reported missing by her family in the Kumble area. Nasreen went missing on the night of December 13, and her phone was found switched off when attempts were made to contact her. Kumble police have registered a case and are investigating her whereabouts.

Auto Driver Attacked in Kumble; Attacker Arrested

In yet another incident, Satish (52), an auto driver from Koyipadi Kuntangeradka, was assaulted. The attacker, identified as Farooq from Koyipadi village, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody after the incident. The police have filed a case in connection with the attack.

Security Guard Arrested for Inappropriate Behavior in Uppala

A private hospital watchman in Uppala, Rajesh (45), was arrested for inappropriate behavior towards women. The incident occurred late at night when Rajesh allegedly misbehaved with women who were going to the toilet. The incident was reported by hospital patients and local residents, and Rajesh was handed over to the police. Despite no formal complaints being lodged, the police filed a case against him and released him on bail. The incident occurred on the night of December 16 at around 9:30 PM.
