Shivamogga: 17-year-old student dies after collapsing at college

Shivamogga: In a tragic incident, a 17-year-old student collapsed and passed away at a college here on Wednesday (Dec 18).

The deceased has been identified as Mubashir Bhanu (17), a second-year PU student. The incident occurred at Imperial College in Nanjappa Layout, Shivamogga, where she suddenly lost consciousness and died.

The incident took place when the girl was heading towards the principal’s office for a discussion. She fainted due to reportedly low blood pressure and collapsed. Although she was rushed to the hospital immediately, she succumbed on the way.

The CCTV camera in the college captured the incident.
