Thirthahalli: College student ends life by jumping into river

Thirthahalli: A degree college student reportedly ended his life by jumping into a river near Warali in Thirthahalli on  December 18.

The deceased has been identified as Dhruva (20), son of Dinesh, a resident of the Warali area under the Honnethalu Gram Panchayat jurisdiction in Agumbe Hobli.

The reason for his suicide remains unknown.

The body was retrieved from the river by expert diver Pramod Poojary from Kuruvalli.

Agumbe Police Station PSI Ranganath Antaragatti visited the spot and registered a case regarding the incident.
