Sakleshpur: In a peculiar incident, 12 chickens died suddenly in Hadige village on Wednesday, December 18, leaving locals baffled. Adding to the mystery, flames were reportedly seen emanating from the chickens’ mouths.
The chickens belonged to a local resident, Ravi.
According to witnesses, when pressure was applied to the chickens’ abdomen, flames were visibly emitted on multiple occasions, surprising onlookers. A video capturing this unusual phenomenon has gone viral.
Speculation is rife that someone might have poisoned the chickens with chemicals that could cause such a reaction.
The incident has created a sense of unease in the village. Ravi has urged authorities to investigate the matter and determine the cause of the chickens’ deaths.
