A youth sustained serious injuries after a private bus collided with his bike at Kanyadi under the jurisdiction of Dharmasthala Police Station on December 18 night.
The private bus, traveling towards Bengaluru, collided with the bike proceeding from Dharmasthala to Ujire. The biker, identified as Surendra, a resident of Ujire, sustained severe injuries.
Residents rushed him to a private hospital in Ujire, and he was later shifted to a private hospital in Mangaluru for further treatment.
